ActivityRight Minimum System Requirements - District Use

1) Requirements ActivityRight Software:


ActivityRight is designed to work with the latest browsers and versions of Windows, Linux or macOS. If you use older browsers and versions of an operating system that are not in mainstream support:

ActivityRight won’t deliberately prevent you from connecting to the service, but the quality of your experience may diminish over time.

ActivityRight won’t provide software updates to resolve non-security related problems.


Operating System
  1.  Windows OS: Windows 10, Windows 8.1, Windows Server 2019 or Windows Server 2016.
  1. macOS: One of the three most recent versions of macOS. When a new major version of macOS is released, the macOS and the previous two versions.
  1. For the best experience, use the most current build of any operating system specified above. Product functionality and feature availability may vary on older systems.

Browser

 

The current version of Microsoft Edge, Internet Explorer, Safari, Chrome, or Firefox.


2) Software & Hardware Required for Print & Export of Reports and Documents:


ActivityRight is designed to provide digital forms and fees.  The ability to print and export forms and reports into Microsoft Excel, Word and PDF is also available.   Please see the Component Requirement Section for more information about the requirements for desktop and mobile system requirements for access to these features.  The software & hardware required includes:
  1.  Microsoft Excel and Word from O365, Office 2016 or 2019
  1. Microsoft account and/or organizational account is required for licensing and to access services
  1. PDF Viewer
  1. Installed and operational printer

Other 

  1. Internet functionality requires an internet connection. Fees may apply.
  1. All features and functionality are best available by using a keyboard, mouse, or other standard or accessible input device.
  1. Integration features may require additional or advanced hardware or server connectivity.
  1. A functional district email account is required for Super Admin access.


3) Component Requirement – For Microsoft Office Functionality Desktop:

         

          Computer and processor:

Windows OS: 1.6 (GHz) or faster, 2-core

macOS: Intel processor

 

Memory:

Windows OS: 4 GB RAM; 2 GB RAM (32-bit)

macOS: 4 GB RAM

 

Hard disk:

Windows OS: 4 GB of available disk space

          macOS: 10 GB of available disk space; HFS+ hard disk format (also known as Mac OS Extended) or APFS

 

          - Updates may require additional storage over time.

 

Display: 

Windows OS: 1280 x 768 screen resolution (32-bit requires hardware acceleration for 4K and higher)

macOS: 1280 x 800 screen resolution

 

           Graphics:

           Windows OS: Graphics hardware acceleration requires DirectX 9 or later, with WDDM 2.0 or higher for Windows 10 (or WDDM 1.3 or higher for Windows 10 Fall Creators Update).

           macOS: No graphics requirements.

 

           Operating system:

           Windows OS: Windows 10, Windows 8.1, Windows Server 2019 or Windows Server 2016

           Microsoft Edge, Safari and Chrome: Office 365 and Office 2019 are designed to work with the current version of the Microsoft Edge, Safari and Chrome browsers.

           ActivityRight may continue to work with versions of Internet Explorer such as Internet Explorer 11, but older browsers are not optimal.

           Firefox: Most Office 365 apps and Office 2019 are designed to work with the current version of Firefox.


4) Component Requirement – For Microsoft Office Functionality Mobile: 


Processor:

iOS: N/A

 

Memory:

iOS: N/A

Android: 1 GB


          Mobile Operating System: 

          Windows: Office Mobile applications (Word, Excel, Outlook Mail, and Outlook Calendar) require a supported version of Windows 10 Mobile running on a supported device.        

 

iOS: Office for iPad® and iPhone® (including Outlook for iOS on iPad® and iPhone®) requires iOS 12.0 or later. Office for iPad Pro™ requires iOS 11.0 or later. Office is supported on the two most recent versions of iOS. When a new version of iOS is released, the Office Operating System requirement becomes the two most recent versions: the new version of iOS and the previous version.


Android: Office for Android can be installed on tablets and phones running any of the supported versions of Android and have an ARM-based or Intel x86 processor. Starting on July 1, 2019, support will be limited to only the last four major versions of Android.

 

Product functionality and feature availability may vary on older systems. For the best experience, use the latest version of any operating system specified above.

 

Mobile Browser:

          Any mobile browser supported by Microsoft may be used.

 

Mobile Other:

  1. Internet functionality requires an internet connection. Fees may apply.
